What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if:

  • Returns are accepted for any reason
  • Product is not the right size
  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Product is not as described
  • You’re unhappy with the product

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

Purchases that are returned according to this policy will receive:

  • A full refund
  • An exchange

When will I receive my refund?

Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of the date we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Instructions

You can send your purchase back to us, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process your return according to our policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Return Instructions

We offer 30 days return policy from the day you received your item under the following conditions:

1. Refunds and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.

2. Buyer will be responsible for the return postage cost.

3.Return items must be in its original sealed, unopened packaging. Any item needed to be returned must be securely packaged, insured and shipped with a tracking number.

4. Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges. No returns will be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Merchandise should be carefully packed and shipped via traceable means.

5. Refund or Exchange will be issued within 24 to 48 business hours after original item has been received.
